These terms govern your use of Todos, operated by Hasan Demir. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
Todos is a household shopping and to-do list app. You can create a family group, invite others, and share lists. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of the lists and comments you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content so the app can sync it with members of your family group. Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse invites, spam other users, or attempt to access another family’s data.
- Do not reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Notifications and device permissions
Push notifications and optional microphone access are used only for list activity and voice input. You can revoke these permissions in system settings.
Availability
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline use depends on data already cached on your device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hasan Demir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost list data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
